Jenny Poon is a serial entrepreneur and founder and CEO of HUUB, a govtech platform that helps economic development organizations and local governments streamline how they deliver support to small businesses through funding access, technical assistance, and community resources. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, and economic development, Jenny previously founded CO+HOOTS, one of Arizona’s largest coworking and entrepreneurial communities, where she supported thousands of entrepreneurs in starting and scaling their businesses.
