Stephanie Bradley, Founder and Chief Consultant of Platinum Bell Consulting, LLC, and one of the nation’s most respected voices in workforce development and public sector innovation.

Stephanie’s journey into this field began unexpectedly. After feeling unsure about her own career path, she visited her local workforce center in Kansas City, Missouri, an experience that changed her life. Guided by a career advisor, she applied for a position
as a case manager in the TANF work program. Once in the role, she fell in love with the mission behind the then-WIA program, discovering a deep passion for helping others find direction and opportunity.

That spark grew into a 14-year career transforming workforce systems across thecountry. Stephanie has served in nearly every role imaginable from case manager to Project Director to Senior Manager for national consulting firms supporting workforce
boards and state agencies in places like Kansas, Texas, Florida, California and Pennsylvania, just to name a few. She’s led strategic planning, system design, and compliance initiatives for major WIOA programs, all with a focus on aligning policy and practice to create equitable access to opportunity.

Through Platinum Bell Consulting, Stephanie now partners with public agencies to develop inclusive workforce strategies, design innovative training solutions, and strengthen performance outcomes. She also serves as Operations Manager for IN THE DOOR, LLC, overseeing WIOA Youth programs and One-Stop operations in multiple states.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie is a proud mom to her son, who also supports her business as her personal and administrative assistant and dog-mom to two small pups, Titus and Twix, who keep her on her toes.

Empowering Systems.” She truly believes that her life’s work is reflected in her own life because it reminds her that career transformation often begins with a single act of guidance, just like the guidance that set her on this extraordinary path.
