Danielle Blount

Danielle Blount is a partner at BOLD Ventures, a regionally-focused qualifying venture capital fund, that is focused on investing in innovative technology that better the lives of individuals, enhance business outcomes, and improve society. In addition to her work at BOLD, Danielle is a Co-Founder of BOLDER, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is focused on supporting wellness initiatives for mental, physical, and financial health for startups and small businesses nationwide.

Prior to her work at BOLD, Danielle was the Project Manager at Launch New York, Inc., a Buffalo-based 501(c)(3) venture development organization that works to provide mentorship and funding to seed stage businesses, industry agnostic, in the 36 westernmost counties of the State of New York.

Danielle attended University at Buffalo for both her graduate and undergraduate studies, receiving her BA in Political Science and International Studies, in 2013, and her MBA in 2016. Danielle currently serves on the boards of; Plymouth Crossroads, Mount St. Mary Academy Board of Trustees, Women's Business Center at Canisius University Advisory Board, and is an LP with the Good Neighbor Fund, which provides $1,000 in non-dilutive funding to aspiring entrepreneurs. She was named a 2021 Buffalo Business First 30 Under 30 Honoree and a 2021 Western New York Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Rising Star.
